    Mike King of Revolution Brewing in Paonia will be conducting the Brew Class

    Michael King has been brewing since he was legal, and maybe even a few
    years more. After almost twenty years, Mike committed his soul to
    craft brewing when he opened Revolution Brewing in Paonia, Colorado.
    Originally generating 25 gallons each day with a double brew on a
    Sabco system, the brewery now produces almost 40bbls each month using
    self-designed alternatives to traditional brewing equipment…(and
    4bbl jacketed conicals)… Over these two years, Mike has concocted
    over 300 batches, spilled a few gallons, broken some hydrometers and

    gained a lot of hands-on experience creating his library of tasty

    craft brews.

    Class will begin at 9 AM Saturday July 17th at the Paradise Theater in downtown Paonia.Coffee and pastries will be served .Hop growing,harvest and drying as well as brewing topics will be covered. We will take a lunch break and wander in groups between Louis Pizza ,Revolution Brewing’s Brew-house and Tasting room.

    Then off to the Farm for a tour and some  hands on projects.Possibly a beverage or 2.

    A BBQ and entertainment will begin early evening. Taking the Stage will be the Colorado Goat Ropers Association- http://www.ropeagoat.com/    Courtesy of  Breckenridge Brewing (They are also playing Friday Night at the Paradise) .There also will be several other bands and a surprise or 2.

    Sunday will begin with a Breakfast,Hop workshops and a hands on Brew Class conducted by Michael King. There will be several other speakers throughout the brew process.
